stuffing, pigs in blankets, crispy roast potatoes, mixed vegetables anda turkey gravy
 
Salmon and mushroom duxelle Wellington, with a roasted sweet
potato slice and a smooth roasted red pepper and plum tomato sauce
 
Matured sirloin steak with a melting garlic and brandy butter, grilled cherry tomatoes, sautéed mushrooms & fat chips (£4.50 supplement)  
Duo of pork, creamy mashed potatoes, crispy crackling, red wine jus and a vegetable garnish  
Chicken breast stuffed with mozzarella, basil and sundried tomatoes, wrapped in smoked bacon, with a mushroom risotto and a rich chicken jus  
Vegetable and ricotta stuffed cannelloni with a mixed leaf salad and house dressing
